Disclaimer:
By booking my place with Oxford Tango Academy, I have read all of the information provided by the website about the nature of the tour and I assume responsibility for any risk which may emerge as a result of this endeavour. I am aware that the tour consists of daily Tango classes and milongas, for which it is important that I am in good physical health. I confirm that at the time of booking, I am in good physical and mental health and that I will notify Oxford Tango Academy if these circumstances change.

As a condition for travel and for my protection, I understand that I must purchase appropriate travel insurance against these risks, and for those listed below.
Limitations on Liability
I hereby agree to the following disclaimer:
Oxford Tango Academy and its members (hereby called OTA) shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the traveler in connection with or as a result of medical disruptions, climatic conditions, terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures, or difficulties, diseases, local laws, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of the control of OTA. Such events may include (but are not limited to) trip cancellation due to personal or other factors, loss of baggage, theft, injury, illness, disruption or cancellation of scheduled activities due to political protests, staff illness or personal emergency.
I understand that OTA has no control over the actions of each third party involved in the tour (for example, taxi drivers, guest teachers, organisers, tour guides, landlords) and accepts no liability for any ineffectiveness, act of negligence or omission on their part, or failure to perform their duties.

Personal property, including cash and valuables, is at the owner's own risk. Measures are in place to protect the traveler's belongings while staying at the house (each is given a house key and a room key) but neither OTA or any third party is responsible for the safekeeping of property inside or outside of the house.
I understand that traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport and depending upon my nationality and/or flight stopover, I may need to obtain one or more visas. I assume all responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccinations, inoculations or any other entry requirements for my destination (including stopover, if required), as well as for my return.
Oxford Tango Academy will provide advice on travel requirements but this does not replace the latest and specific government-issued information.
Personal expenses
I understand that I am responsible for arranging and paying for my means of travel to Buenos Aires, and that taxi transfer is included in the price of the trip to and from Ezeiza (Ministro Pistarini) Airport only. I must pay for my own food and drink (except the welcome BBQ), for local transport and any other personal expenses such as clothes, medicine and tips for the duration of the trip. Accommodation, milonga entry, group classes, weekly cleaning service, city tours and excursions are all included in the price of the tour.
Cancellation
The deposit for the trip is £600 and is strictly non-refundable. It is expected to be paid within SEVEN DAYS of receiving an email response to the booking form, after which your place is no longer reserved. The remainder of the payment is expected in two instalments, due before 1st April 2023 and 1st June 2023 respectively, and is refundable if notice of cancellation is given, in writing, before 10th June 2023.

I understand that unless the circumstances are exceptional, I am required to give 24h notice should I decide not to attend any of the scheduled classes on the trip (this only applies to classes and does not include optional activities such as city tours, milongas, shopping excursions and other proposed outings).
If I should need to arrive later or leave earlier than the dates outlined in the description of the tour for any reason, I understand that any unused portion of the trip will not be refunded. If I should need arrive earlier or leave later than the aforementioned dates, I understand that it is my responsibility to find and pay for any additional arrangements and expenses, although I may ask advice on places to stay and methods of transport.
Extra: Jujuy
I have read, understood, and I agree with all of the information and conditions stated on this page.
In addition, I have understood the nature of the tour in Jujuy and I will proceed to travel at my own risk. Additional risks include (but are not limited to) horse-riding related injuries, loss or damage, as well as altitude-related adversities. I confirm that my state of health allows me to engage in such activities, and that I will notify OTA as soon as possible if these circumstances change.

No previous experience is required for the horse-riding excursion and the itinerary is suited to all levels. Riders will be given a safety briefing and professional instruction before departure. Our guides will accompany you for your safety and helmets will be provided. It is your responsibility to follow the safety indications, and neither OTA or its associated third-parties shall be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever, whether caused by personal negligence, third-party actions or omissions, climatic conditions, illness, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of the control of OTA.

OTA will give advice on flight tickets to purchase, but the traveler is responsible for arranging and buying their own tickets from Buenos Aires (or elsewhere) to Jujuy, and back. Meals and personal expenses are not included in the price of the trip, apart from breakfast at Thermas de Reyes hotel and lunch during the horse riding excursion. Travel within Jujuy is included in the trip, as well as all activities outlined in the itinerary.

The cancellation policy stated above applies to this trip.
I have stated whether I would like to participate in the horse-riding excursion in the booking form, and should I change my mind, I must notify OTA before 1st July 2023 to avoid cancellation fees.
Release
I HEREBY EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS AND DANGERS COVERED ABOVE, AND I HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREE TO FOREVER RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD US, AND OUR AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, ASSOCIATES, AFFILIATED COMPANIES, GUIDES, AND SUBCONTRACTORS HARMLESS AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTIONS, SUITS, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF ANY AND EVERY KIND AND NATURE WHATSOEVER WHICH YOU NOW HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREAFTER ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE RISKS AND DANGERS.
OXFORD TANGO ACADEMY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THIS POLICY AND WILL BE PUBLISHED HERE.
