By booking my place with Oxford Tango Academy, I have read all of the information provided by the website about the nature of the weekend and I assume responsibility for any risk which may emerge as a result of this endeavour. I am aware that the weekend consists of daily Tango classes, for which it is important that I am in good physical health. I confirm that at the time of booking, I am in good physical and mental health and that I will notify Oxford Tango Academy if these circumstances change.
Limitations on Liability
I hereby agree to the following disclaimer:
Oxford Tango Academy and its members (hereby called OTA) shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the traveler in connection with or as a result of medical disruptions, climatic conditions, terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures, or difficulties, diseases, local laws, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of the control of OTA. Such events may include (but are not limited to) trip cancellation due to personal illness or emergency, loss of baggage, theft, injury, illness, disruption or cancellation of scheduled activities due to staff illness or emergency.
I understand that OTA has no control over the actions of each third party involved in the tour (for example, hired facilities) and accepts no liability for any ineffectiveness, act of negligence or omission on their part, or failure to perform their duties.

Personal property, including cash and valuables, is at the owner's own risk. Measures are in place to protect the traveler's belongings while staying at the house (house will be occupied by a member of staff, or securely locked if empty) but neither OTA or any third party is responsible for the safekeeping of property inside or outside of the house.

Personal expenses
I understand that I am responsible for arranging and paying for my means of travel to the house, and that car transfer is included in the price of the trip to and from either Hinton Admiral or Christchurch train stations. Accommodation, meals at the house, group classes, yoga sessions and some leisure equipment such as kayaks are included in the price of the tour. Eating out (breakfast at the beach cafe) and additional personal expenses are not included. Bikes are available but must be requested to ensure we have enough for everyone!
Cancellation
The deposit for the trip is strictly non-refundable, and is expected to be paid within 48 hours of submitting the booking form, after which your place is no longer reserved. The remainder of the payment is due before December 31st, and is not refundable.

Release
I HEREBY EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS AND DANGERS COVERED ABOVE, AND I HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREE TO FOREVER RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD US, AND OUR AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, ASSOCIATES, AFFILIATED COMPANIES, GUIDES, AND SUBCONTRACTORS HARMLESS AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTIONS, SUITS, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF ANY AND EVERY KIND AND NATURE WHATSOEVER WHICH YOU NOW HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREAFTER ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE RISKS AND DANGERS.
OXFORD TANGO ACADEMY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THIS POLICY AND WILL BE PUBLISHED HERE.
