The Magic of Dissociation
Dissociation of body parts: Exercises to isolate and move different parts of the body (foot, leg, torso, hips) independently.
Dissociation and association in tango: How to use dissociation to create fluid and expressive movements, and association to achieve a harmonious connection with your partner.
Practical applications: Examples of how to apply dissociation in figures such as ochos, turns, and adornments.
This workshop is designed for followers in mind and welcomes all levels and genders.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of the class for registration. Please wear suitable clothing and shoes.
